Created by us, Rich Baker and Sarah Brading. We combined our experience within the hospitality industry to create a progressive business that was both delicious and kind to the planet.
We asked ourselves these questions:
What would pizza be like if it wasn’t full of the ubiquitous meaty toppings? What if there was no meat on offer at all? What if the base wasn’t made from refined flour flown over from Italy?
How exciting would it be if the flavour combos changed frequently with the seasons? How do we support exceptional local suppliers?
Does pizza need to be considered ‘junk food’?
What’s the best way to utilise the entire plant or vegetable so there’s nothing to throw away to avoid adding to the world’s food waste catastrophe? Does cling film really have to be used in a kitchen (spoiler: no)?
Breaking free from corporate life in hospitality, we continue to challenge convention with our purposeful and experimental pizzas. Creating our own food offering is the inevitable meeting point between our natural aptitude and personal passion.
